"Car drop off" I called to schedule a time for our car to get serviced. Adnan was on top of every question I had about what services we needed. He even told me that he would inform Luke, who is our normal service associate about what we are needing to be serviced on our Pathfinder. When we showed up the service team was hard at work but at the same time had everything ready for us. The rental car paper work just needed our signature.
