"They went above and beyond!" Two days before I left on a business trip I bought a used 2018 Nissan Frontier. It only had 14K and was still under the factory warranty. My trip involved driving from central Missouri to Aurora, Colorado. Whilst in western Kansas my check engine light illuminated. "oil change, car maintenance" Excellent service! The team was able to get me in quickly for the oil change and caught a gasket leak. They were able to fix all the same day. Everyone was pleasant and easy to work with.
"Car drop off" I called to schedule a time for our car to get serviced. Adnan was on top of every question I had about what services we needed. He even told me that he would inform Luke, who is our normal service associate about what we are needing to be serviced on our Pathfinder. "Excellent customer service" The salesman Robert Cruise was very helpful in providing me information about my tire that was making a clicking sound. He told me what was wrong with it and what the cost would be to fix my tire. I am very satisfied to see that my tire is safe especially having a blizzard tomorrow!
