"Customer Service" This was my FIRST visit at this location on Havana nr Exposition. The Service person who helped me consistently kept me informed as to what was going on with my Car, giving me estimates on how long I would be there. "Spectacular" The people who work for TYNNAS are great compared to other dealerships. We went to BMW and Mercedes and they treat us like we don’t exists because we they look at how we dress and think we can’t afford their cars. Here they don’t care how you look like or what your social status is they always greet you with a purpose to make you feel like an actual consumer with great and fast service or even offering you some water or some coffee these small details is what makes a big difference .

"Recall on brake part" I took my 2017 Maxima in for service and found out my car was under a recall. Although there was some confusion on the receipt of the part and my car was kept unnecessarily, my service advisor kept me up to date regularly
