"Friendly and efficient" When I brought my vehicle in for service I was told it was going to be almost a week. I was fine with the estimate, the work had to be done. I got a call within 48 hours that they were able to receive the part sooner and the work was done. I didn’t even expect them to look for it sooner, so that blew my mind a little. "Fast and Courteous" As always, had a great experience at Tynan's. I took my car in for just an oil change, and was told it would be about an hour and half. I planned on waiting there. Probably like 30 minutes later, my name was called to tell me the inspection was done, and it would be only another 10ish minutes. I was probably in and out within an hour, which was a welcome surprise. He also honored the coupon that I accidentally left at home, which was above and beyond. Couldn't recommend Tynan's Nissan more!

"Schedule Maintenance" I dropped my car off and got a new loner car to use. My car was available early the next morning. They provided great service.
"Nissan Oil Change" Drove in for an oil change. Was expecting to wait 2.5 hours...ended up waiting just over 1.5 hours. Jesus was cordial and professional...great staff at Tynan's.
"It's the small things that really matter..." Overall I found the service professional and helpful all the way from initial contact, through scheduling, drop-off, estimate, and pick-up. My car was ready when promised...BUT the service technician did not protect my floor matt and left a huge, oily boot print on my floor matt. This rating would be a four/five start were it not for that.
