"It was OK." Overall I was happy with everything. I didn’t have to wait long, the waiting area was clean and quiet and very welcoming. However, after I was given my keys and told my oil change was done and that my air filter had been replaced, one of the mechanics came up to me and asked if I drove a red Rogue. I told him, “Yes.” And in his hand he was holding the new air filter they told me was already replaced. This was concerning. "Thank you" Called about a Pre-owned Nissan Rogue that was advertised. Told them I was 2 hours away and that I wanted it and was pre-approval . Andrew Nichols Sales consultant answered the phone ( on his day off .) Said he would meet us at the dealership and have the car ready to test drive. He was there with the financial officer ready to get the paperwork done. With in a matter of hours we were on our way home in our new Nissan Rogue . I would deal with Tynan's in Aurora CO again.

"They do good work" I did not meet the mechanics but my car is fully checked and always returned clean and I trust them to perform a good job.

"Great service no matter the problem" I use this service center a lot for my Nissan and haven't been disappointed yet. They take great care me and my vehicle whenever I need it!!

"Richard was great. Very professional and quick!" I had a warranty issue on my emergency brake. Richard was able to get the new part in the next day and kept in contact with me the entire time. This is my first Nissan ever, long time Toyota and Honda owner. So far very good experience overall. Happy to know I have a responsible and caring team at Tynan's in Aurora I can rely on for any future service or repair needs.

"Simple oil change with extras" In addition to having my oil changed the service team was able to re set the clock and was able to fix the annoying tire light. Thanks for a great experience.

"Great, Friendly Place" The employees are friendly and respectful. Service is completed in a timely manner. Prices are reasonable. The multi-point Inspection is explained in an easy to understand manner and is very thorough.

"Best Car Buying Experience!" I purchased my first new car, a 2018 Rogue, back in Sept. Unfortunately, last week I was in an accident where the car was totaled.
