"I Will Always Come Back" I was in an accident which totaled my 2017 Rogue. I reached out to Tynan's, where I had bought it, and Jordan immediately reached out to offer assistance, along with the same deal on a new Rogue. "No hassle, no surprises, short wait time." Jason was polite and courteous, no hassles, no surprises, wait time was short, wait area was clean and well maintained, car runs like new and the complimentary car wash was greatly appreciated.
"Great service, tough negotiation" Everyone was friendly and helpful to go out of their way. The salesman Dan was excellent with following through and walking me through the process. My one critique is when it came to negotiation, of what I believe are basic things with buying a car from a dealership (i.e large dent in hood, step rails not installed but in trunk) the negotiations were tough.
