"370z Battery Replacement " The dealer verified the battery and replaced what we believe to be failing. They washed my car and I was on my way. The criticism For this service is during the replacement, the engine cover now have a blemish. I am returning today for a resolutions. FYI : Their was a tool left behind from this service visit, which I will be returning.
"Amazing!" Adam T. and Jordan did an amazing job. Adam was very patient since we had our 18 month with us. Got us the car and price we wanted. Never Never pushy. We were about to go with Larry Miller and decided to try them.. and far and away the experience was 1000% better. Thank you Adam and Jordan... My husband was even impressed... which is hard to do.
"Great customer service and friendly staff" The lady that worked with me was very nice and listed to my concerns she got me a free tire rotation since I didn't need it the previous time I had my oil changed.
"Great service" Great service center staff, but the cost of repair to my vehicle was so ridiculous. The basic maintenance costs are competitive, but beyond that Tynans Nissan Aurora was the most expensive.
"Oil Change / Maintence Visit" Love the guys at Nissan on Havana! I always feel taken care of there. No pressure service experience, and I appreciate the designated “quiet room” where I can sit and get some work done while I’m waiting. Very clean and comfortable, with complimentary drinks and snacks. Great experiences every time!
"Heavenly Sent" Gary Rotter and Robert Gladon took so much attention and care into putting together numbers I could live with. I have brought many cars in my life but I have Never had salesmen like Gary and Robert. There was no pressure, just total careful attention to what my needs were. You can be sure that I will spread the word to send everyone I know to go the best dealership in town!
