"Informative and agreeable" Went in for a routine oil change, but I had a few concerns to bring to the service team. Everything was addressed and explained to me in a reasonable amount of time, and I was given quotes for recommended services/repairs without feeling any pressure to make a decision.
"I purchased my first electric vehicle" Dan Horvath was very knowledgeable about the Leaf technology and answered all my questions quickly. On the rare occasions when he did not have the answer immediately, he researched my questions and supplied the information in a timely manner. The financing process was simple and quick, and I feel I received a fair trade-in deal and full advantage of the EV tax benefits.

There is nowhere else I will allow to work on my cars other than the Tynan team Rich M in service and Mikey the mechanic are excellent at what they do Both are professionals in what they do and how they do it. You can train someone to learn a process but not to care. Rich and Mikey care about their work and customer relations Kudos to Tynans for this approach
"First time new car buyer " This was my first car buying experience and Dan made it so simple and understandable. Always willing to help and explain anything and was very prompt. Everyone at the dealer was helpful and prompt as well, even when issues arose.
