Everything from the initial loan application to closing was very thorough and quick. Above and beyond our expectations!
You were great and helped us out a lot.
We advised we wanted to put 20% down payment at closing and gave lender adequate time to change paperwork. We were told that the paperwork would take too much time before closing date. We spoke with lenders and were told, changing CD takes 15min. We felt lender didn't revise paperwork due to it benefiting him as a high loan amount. We now have to recast our loan which incurred a fee, however, minimal but it's the principal.

Ty went above and beyond on this transaction. I would refer him to anyone who needs to finance / refinance their home. This was such an easy process because Ty explained everything to us. Trust me. We had a lot of stupid questions as we were first time home buyers.
