Ty was with the entire process even though it took longer than we all expected. He went the extra mile and showed up to closing even though he did not need to. We enjoyed working with Ty!

Great communication and got me a conventional loan
Communication felt like it was lacking. On occasion it took entirely too long to get a response on certain things.
In a process like buying a house is very stressful and more when you are in the steps by your self. I think communication is a key very important to make the process more pleasant and to know step by step what are you going to be doing. Beside that i recommend Tyrrel Abshire and his team they are Great and finally we got our house.
In a time of high mortgage application volume Ty and team ensured we had what we needed to close on time. This particular time was challenging given the TAT for appraisals. We were concerned when we were asked for a 15 day completed loan vs 21 day, but Ty’s team made it happen. There were no surprises along the way. The team took time to explain things to ensure we felt comfortable with each step. Highly recommend Ty, Camey, and Hao to anyone looking to go thru a mortgage application.
I kind of felt like I wasn't a priority.
