Received a Dud My label has NO adhesive at all. Disappointing--it's my first label order for my new label maker. Oh well, this Brother dud gives me permission to order a generic label as a replacement.

I wanted to replace this with a bigger sized tape THIS ITEM and MANY BROTHER products are not replaceable nor returnable. Make sure this is the size you know what you want. Worst customer service, I stayed on the line for 20 minutes of mozart music, they immediately answered "I'm sure you can hear me, but I can't hear you, please call back" (without even saying hello ). I wish there were better company that would create and label maker.
defective cartridge I purchased this cartridge Dec 31 2020. Packaging was not right. It did not come in a sealed cellopack but just in a sealed inner bag. I did not check it after delivery to make sure it worked. I tried to use it today, Jan 31 2021. The cartridge will not function in my P-touch. It keeps registering as "No Tape!" . I checked with other cartridges and they work. Defective merchandise that is non-returnable.
Tape bunched up 2nd time I used it. I was really looking forward to using this. I just opened this today and tried it for the first time. Upon the send time I tried to print the tape bunched up and because the way it is designed there was no way to fix it. I'm out money and no tape for my new label printer.

tape was black and should be clear. tape was black was black when received and should have been clear. My label maker only prints in black so nothing i print shows up .
Buyer beware! I should have read the review. Even though this is a Prime item, not returnable, even if defective. Cartridge literally jammed the minute I put it in my PT-1880. Purchased yesterday, no problem right? Nope. No return. In the trash.
