Malfunction alert I lose a lot of usage because the cartridges constantly malfunction.
delaminates... It works ! but delaminates over time !
Jammed and now all messed up So, my cartridge was working and then jammed and now I tried to re-feed it the correct way and it is no longer printing the way it should. Who do I contact about that? It was just delivered on Wed, I believe (2 days ago).
Waste of money Is it normal for this labler to stop working correctly after 3 tapes? (Had it less than 4 months.) I thought perhaps it was just a fluke and that a new tape cartridge was bad. However I have tried 3 seperate cartridges and none will print properly. The adhesive runs around and then all that prints out is the backing you are supposed to peel away. Waste of money.
Worked for a hot 5 minutes... The tape sticker got stuck in the reel...stopped working after only making a couple labels. garbage
So much waste... Sure, it fits into the Brother P-Touch unit, and the labels print clearly, stick on firmly to the file folder, and hold up for a long time, but really? Can't they design it so that it does NOT waste almost a good inch on either side of the text being printed? These are not cheap and the waste is excessive.
Buyer beware Says 6-pk in description yet only one single cartridge was delivered, false advertizing!
Not as advertised!!! When placed the order it said 2 pack in the description and on the picture of the tape. I placed the order for 2 two-packs. I ordered on May 27 for delivery on May 30. It was delivered today, June 3 and low and behold there was only 1 tape. I agree that it is a rip off for the amount of tape wasted on each label. Big scam!!!!!
