Repeat customer I must of used at least 50 of these for both my company and others over the past 20 years. Presently I use all colors to differentiates various part drawers in our electronics parts dept. (over 1500 drawers).
one tape was all messed up. I ordered 2 tapes. First was fine, next one, opened later, was sort of falling apart inside. Completely unusable. Too late to return, but check when you receive the product to return if a problem exists.

Brother is one of the worst. Sorry - but Brother is just one of the worst brands to deal with. Bought a P-Touch Cube last year. It came with no tape. Fine. When to buy tape here on Amazon, and searched for it via the name of the product. I bought the recommended tape. It doesn't fit. UGH. Hey Brother: Label your packaging to match your products. Sehr gut Sehr gut, aber ein bisschen zu Teuer. Es gibt auch nachgemachte und billigere Schriftbänder, aber ich habe schon meine Erfahrung mit billiger Druckertinte gemacht. Deshalb lieber Originale und keine nachgemachten Schriftbänder. Den bei Problemen ist die Erfahrung das der Hersteller nicht bereit ist zu helfen bei Fremdware.
