You can be confident that you are getting an honest diagnosis and repair to your device.My grandsons PS4 was stuck in safe mode. Ting ran the diagnostics and restarted the machine and I wasn't charged. I know nothing about game repair they could have charged me and I wouldn't have thought anything bad. I highly recommend them for all your electronic repairs.
