The claim process through AT&T was super easy. The tech came to my work to fix my device and he was friendly and fast. I was disappointed that my devices speaker didn’t work properly after the screen was replaced, however I will not hold that against him as the insurance company said it was common and are overnighting me a new device. The overall process was as easy as can be!
Phone looks brand new they did a good job! Definitely will take my phone there next time something is wrong with my phone!
I had a broken screen on my Galaxy 8 Note. The tech came to my house and made the repairs. The way it is done is to move the motherboard from the old phone to a new frame which includes a screen and battery. Got is renewed as well.
The tech showed up on time, was very pleasant, did the work very quickly and efficiently. Was very pleased
It was a wonderful experience, very helpful and patient and did an excellent job on replacing the screen - I would highly recommend using them for cell phone repairs!! The entire process was quick and easy- in fact too easy!
