RecommendedYou are awesome. My appointment was from 11-1 and I received the call from the technician at 10:45 arriving at 11 am timely. I am so grateful I didn’t have to sit and wait until 1 for the technician to show up. He was able to replace my shattered screen in no time at all. I will recommend anyone that purchases any electronics to get insurance it was worth the $29.99 for me not to go someplace to get my phone fixed. RecommendedGreat service, honest, courteous and timely. My iPad screen was sporadically going black. At no charge they opened it up, found the problem, the bent frame shorting the motherboard, and because they cannot replace the bent frame they returned it to me at no charge. Now, it works perfectly so I think their reassembly solved the problem at least temporarily. I highly recommend them to anyone - very knowledgeable and affordable.
