I used the mobile repair service via my warranty plan and I have been extremely satisfied with uBreakiFix. The service repair man was pleasant, professional, timely, and expedient. My phone was repaired and he took the time to be thorough to make sure everything worked as it should. He also took the time to make sure I was satisfied with the outcome.
You are awesome. My appointment was from 11-1 and I received the call from the technician at 10:45 arriving at 11 am timely. I am so grateful I didn’t have to sit and wait until 1 for the technician to show up. He was able to replace my shattered screen in no time at all. I will recommend anyone that purchases any electronics to get insurance it was worth the $29.99 for me not to go someplace to get my phone fixed. I personally think this was a great idea. instead of paying for a replacement phone, transfer photos, documents, re-doing passwords. Not to mention the convenience of the technician come directly to our home for the repairs. Awesome! thank you
Great service, honest, courteous and timely. My iPad screen was sporadically going black. At no charge they opened it up, found the problem, the bent frame shorting the motherboard, and because they cannot replace the bent frame they returned it to me at no charge. Now, it works perfectly so I think their reassembly solved the problem at least temporarily. I highly recommend them to anyone - very knowledgeable and affordable.
