Called to take my dog in and they said they were too busy and then it would be too close to closing time so I should find another place to take my dog. Will be letting all of our customers and friends know. I wish I could give negative stars for how little they care about animals.

Business response:

We hope your fur baby is safe. We apologize we could not accommodate you at that time, we are not a 24 hour facility and we strive to provide the best care possible for all of our patients. Our Dr was in a surgical procedure helping someone else’s pet and had another surgery after that one. We felt it in your, and your pets, best interest to refer you to another faculty so you could get the help your pet needed. We are sorry this offended you and upset you.

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. My dog has been incredibly sick for three weeks the first time we brought him there they severely misdiagnosed him and he has since gotten worse. We brought him back today and they refused xrays to rule out internal causes and threw meds at us and didn’t even send us home with what they said they would. My husband tried to ask questions why we did not get the medications that we talked about with the vet and they were so rude would not let us speak to the vet and would not ... read more

My little guy had serious tummy issues so I took him here. The vets and assistants were extremely caring and sincere. The lady at the front desk seemed nice until she called my dog a rat. Even another customer in the waiting area was a bit perplexed my her comment. If she was trying to be funny, that was not the time or place. For this reason, I probably won't take my freaking adorable dog back there.

Business response:

Hello Ms. Norwood. We are very sorry for this miscommunication. We have spoken to our person and she feels very bad what she said was taken this way. She thought your dog was a Rat Terrier breed of dog. So she felt your dog was very cute and adorable and used the word “rat” to refer to the breed, not to call your dog a rat. Again, very sorry for the misunderstanding. I hope we were able to help you and your dog. Please call if you would like to discuss further.

My friend took her kitten in to get checked up (as per the recommendation of another veterinary clinic who we went to see for ear mites/fleas, but couldn't get in quick enough due to them closing). The kitten was in stress and was foaming at the mouth (as some cats do) because he'd never been in a pet carrier before and they euthanized him to get him tested for rabies and gave us NO other option. NONE. Now the tests come back negative as I knew they would. The vet pushed so hard for euthanasia that it was actually a bit ... read more

My friend brought in some 3 week old puppies that had aspirated and needed immediate care. Only one of the three survived. Audrey P. handled the paperwork at the front desk. We asked for the two deceased puppies to be returned to our care. She went into the back and brought them out half hanging out of a towel with a smirk on her face. Her demeanor was incredibly unprofessional and insensitive. When my friend saw one of the babies head hanging out, she was a little shocked and said something. To which Audrey, still wearing h... read more
