Good place to take your pet if one of your hobbies is lighting money on fire.
Let me start by saying, I understand that finding staff is hard right now and that there's simply not enough places for treatment in the Springs. So I was prepared to wait for my dog to be seen. She isn't an emergency case, simply and old dog with a possible UTI. However, I waited in my car, in the hot sun with the AC on attempting to cool me down for 4 hours before I was taken inside. Spent a thousand dollars and drove an hour to find out my bloodhound had pneumonia (they kept saying it was kennel cough - I’m no vet but I know the difference between a wet and dry cough). All because my vet was too busy to get us in. They gave us 2 kinds of antibiotics and as soon as they were finished she went right back to coughing and lethargy.
