This place sucks, and they're very pricey. No one that works here is friendly, especially not at the seafood department. I was their today and saw a good deal on the clams, 6.99 a dozen. I asked the worker if he could open them for me. He said he charges to open them. Ha ok. Guess how much? The price went up from 6.99 to 21.99! Ha keep it! Place is ridiculous.

I've had the worst experience there in the bakery department I ordered a cake for my daughter's baby shower they messed it up was supposed to be a bassinet cake they gave me a half a sheet cake that was white with yellow roses then they were going to remake it to me and deliver it yet again they messed up and made it white and yellow they delivered it uncovered the whip cream was melting off nobody from corporate called me back I had to keep calling them I didn't have to pay for the cake but that's not the point you mess up ... read more
I have only added a negative Yelp one other time in my life because I don't like to do that to a business but I am constantly having issues with the food and quality since they've opened. At this point they aren't even washing their vegetables to make an in house escarole roll. They threw in the rubber band and all. Good thing I bit into it to find that it was quite chewy. Disgusting! It's becoming worse by the week. For the price everything should be amazing and well cooked. Very sad.
Overstaffed but customers are ignored Bad experience! Also, why is it that when something is ordered for pickup it is always TWICE what was ordered? They know you must accept the order and pay twice as much. This place has declined a LOT in recent years! New owners/management? The locals know this place is in decline!

Went there to buy roses and chocolate covered strawberries for Valentines Day. The strawberries were pretty good but the roses were by far the worst that I have ever purchased anywhere. As soon as I got home to place them in a vase OVER half the petals fell off. All that was lefg was lkng stems and a tiny rose at the end. Was like setting $40 on fire. Never again will i buy flowers there.
