Here we go, So this supermarket is a bit new for me. Its in a great location. Just so happen I was shopping on 110 and saw this Uncle Giuseppes location was now open among other stores that I visited ,I decided to go take a peek just to see if they had more or less than the Deer park location. Great store for many imported goods, fresh produce, grab & go items, and more. Nice employees and a very clean store are a bonus!
Great store, it's the Disney Land of Italian grocery stores. There is one problem.....this one employee Kathleen with the terrible customer service skills, making you walk away shaking your head. This particular employee needs to be in the back stocking cans.
First time at this establishment and I was in Italian heaven so much that I went back lol. What a store and the food was delicious. I can now see why my family has spoken about this establishment for so long . It definitely was overwhelming at first because there was such a variety and so many options. I love Uncle Giuseppe's! The food is amazing, the produce is fresh and the employees are pleasant and helpful! The store is clean and has a big chose of items! I try to go at least nice a week!
After a long day of working we were to tired to go anywhere & stopped at Uncle G's for some yummy grab & go. 1st time getting the sushi & focaccia bread. We also grabbed the balsamic grilled chicken salad! All fresh & yummy!
I must admit I'm a foodie and love all kinds of specialty markets. I was pleasantly surprised by Uncle Giuseppe's Marketplace in Morris Plains. This place has everything Italian your heart desires and more. They have an amazing long display of homemade prepared foods. It's the biggest one I've ever seen for an Italian market in NJ. I can't say enough good things about Uncle G's. I dream of the day they make their way down to south Florida ( Broward county please ) I grew up coming here as a kid and wow was it special to bring my kids back to the same one I would visit. Their eyes lit up as much as mine did when I first experienced uncle G's. We got a little bit of everything and enjoyed the various samples we tried.
