I very much like Union 50's atmosphere and it is a go to place for me, but the gnocchi special was not very good. Gnocchi were dense and not light and fluffy as they should be. All other food, beverage and service were very good, but I would not recommend the gnocchi. Despite this one wrinkle, I most certainly be returning.
A wonderful experience overall. The restaurant itself is beautiful and the service was very good. The chef's choice charcuterie board was more than enough food for the both of us, eaten slowly and enjoying it, of course. There is an amazing spirits, wine, and cocktail list, but some spirits I found to be priced for "market value," so you may find something cheap to buy at a store very expensive here, and vice versa. Good band. Great grand board chefs choice. Great outing with friends.
Food was a bit pricey. Hostess was very accommodating to our need to switch seats given the change in party size.
Sat in bar area. Waiter was nice but seemed like he was in a hurry for us to make decisions. Felt rushed. Food was excellent.
Food is very flavorful and delish! Great drink selection as well.
