Every dish was perfectly prepared, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. The cocktails were outstanding, and the attention to detail from the kitchen and staff really stood out.

Great food, great service (Theo), & nice ambiance
We specifically chose Union because we really enjoyed their Caesar salad. I am not sure if it was because it was a brunch menu or if they changed the salad entirely, but it was disappointing and a quarter of the portion we had received in the past. The rest of the items were ok, but not worth the price.

First time diners and we were blown away. The restaurant itself is beautiful. The service was impeccable and the food was outstanding. We had the mushrooms and bread for starters. The mushrooms tasted like steak..they were amazing. I had the shrimps starter and salad for my dinner. Both were excellent as was hubbys steak. Everything was very fresh. The cocktails were excellent. The vibe was so laid back, and for a full restaurant, it was pretty quiet. I think it’s the way it’s laid out. We will definitely be back soon!

Gordon was an exceptional server and made the experience great. All of our food was great and we will be going back.
