We’re regulars at Union, and it continues to be one of our favorite places. The food is always amazing and the atmosphere is great, but what really sets Union apart is the service. Jacob, the manager, is exceptional. Every time we’re there, he makes a point to check on us, makes us feel genuinely welcome, and always makes sure everything is taken care of. We had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. Our waitress Jaime was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Great service, a welcoming atmosphere, and a delicious meal — we’ll definitely be back! We were celebrating our anniversary. There was a happy anniversary card at the table and given champagne 🍾

Excellent last-minute dinner near the airport. Both fish entrées — Gulf snapper and kombu cured seabass — were standouts, cooked properly and impossible to pick a winner between. Filet mignon was good but the fish is clearly the stronger order here. Server was knowledgeable and every recommendation landed. We had creative fantastic drinks at the bar during Happy Hour . The bar tenders were very interactive and constantly checking in with us. We moved to our table which was perfect. The restaurant aesthetic was very modern and the green velvet booths and stone top tables elevated the style. The experience was very enjoyable with excellent and attentive service. We'd definitely dine there again but know that it does get a bit noisy at lunch time.

First time food was very good, however, the second visit the food was not as good and service declined. Second visit was at a less crowded time and service should have been better.
