Mike was professional and knowledgable. I would use this company again.
The response time from the time of my on-line inquiry was almost immediate. Mike scheduled himself to come out the following day, diagnosed the problem, picked up parts and had us fixed in no time. The cost of the part was more than I was expecting but I was very confident with Mike's HVAC knowledge and would have no problem recommending or using Unique Air in the future.
