As stated before, my technician, Mike, was very professional and knowledgeable, He even did a quick price comparison with he largest repair shop in Charlotte. His price for freon was much better. And his work overall was top shelf.
Mike was prompt in his response to me and upon my initial inquiry. He came out the next day and fixed the issue. He explained everything he was doing and I felt he was honest,

The company did good work and worked with us to resolve our issues. We enjoyed their honest feedback and felt good about them working on our air conditioner. The only drawback was that they would come much later than promised with no calls to let us know they were going to be late.
