I never liked bringing in a PA becuase I alsways felt they charged an unnecessary fee. I was proven wrong when I started using stephanie and the adjusters on the UCS team. They are thorough and get things included on the estimate that i'm not well versed in. Being in the consturction business and having a solid PA team like UCS on your team is well worth the fee. When they say they are on your side they mean it. Use UCS when you have property damage.

Had you been handling and guiding the preparation and presentation of all our damage estimates from the beginning, our recovery could have been far greater. UCS is 100% five star white glove. Reccmoned for commerical property damage claims. Dont think your insurance company is going to pay you top dollar - it's just not the process. If you want to be paid fairly you have to put up a fight by highering a public adjuster. If you need one i highly recommend UCS - they handle my property cliams in NJ, NY and FL.
I had roof and other interior damages after Hurricane Irma. I had two companies come to my house and they both agree that my roof damage was not big enough for a claim, so I left it alone.
