Recently visited the service department. Roque was the advisor who helped me with my titan. He is beyond friendly and courteous. I was even offered a rental while my vehicle was being serviced. That helped me a lot because I was able to continue with my day. In the past times I've also waited for my vehicle and I feel very comfortable in their lounge and I even get to drink my coffee. :)
I was very pleased that they help me to get into a new car. They did everything in there power to get me into a new car. The waiting time was great. I’ve gone to other dealers,and have to wait a long time, but here, it was pretty fast. Guillermo Orozco and Hugo Romero were the salesmen that helped us. great salesmen and very friendly. They answered all our questions.
The worst experience I have had. I have signed paperwork showing I purchased GAP insurance. I bought a nee car and tried to get my pro-rated refund on it, they come back stating I never purchased it. I have no proof that I ever declined to have it, all my paperwork shows I paid for it. They refused to help me or refund me. I will not be recommending this company.
I’ve been going to United Nissan with Homer for about 5 years. He is amazing. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. Every time I arrive he is there waiting for me with water and a great smile. I will never be going elsewhere because he is simply the best!!! Thank you for all the great help you’ve always given me!

everything was so easy they worked with me in all aspects! my credit was not so good and they worked with me with the down payment plan they got me an amazing car and I was happy I was never mad at all I love United Nissan

When asked what incentives were available, the “internet sales manager “ couldn’t answer the question. He never got back with me regarding the brand new car that had been sitting on their lot for a year and a half. Below is his response to the inquiry of this aging unit. Once again, no follow up.
