I brought my 2021 Murano in for its 15,000 mile service. . I have to mention that I didn't get my Murano from your dealership when I got it, March of 2021, because your dealership didnt have what I was looking for, was told the color I wanted is very hard to get, and got lucky with 1 of the 4 Nissan dealerships in the area, I wasnt happy with the service being done on my Murano from the dealerships service department I got it from, I gave them 2 chances before I reached out to corporate who told me I can get my Murano servic... read more

A very smooth process. Jeremy was very helpful, not pushy and assisted us when we ran into a few glitches with our credit union in getting the down payment, He and Fernando made it possible to drive home with our new car. No one tried to high pressure us into buying upgrades or services we did not want. After trying to find a blue Kicks SV at the other Nissan dealers in Las Vegas we finally found a dealership that had some inventory.
