I just started using Nissan Service and I love it. Greg explained the quality of technicians and genuine Nissan parts used is worth paying for. And it's a relief to not deal with the shady mechanics offering cheap service anymore.

Came in for a routine lube job but found out there were other maintenance items that needed repair. Ruben took the time to consult with a mechanic on the specific repairs needed and not only did he have the technician explain what was required, the three of us did a visual inspection of the items of concern. I thought this was useful and not someone telling you work needs to be done on your vehicle. He took the time to show me the areas that need repair. Brian and the entire service department are very efficient in what they do. Informative also. The facilities in the service department are very good also. Comfortable.
the service was efficient & friendly. I don't live close to dealership so they provided a rental car at no charge which was a nice surprise & much needed since they kept the vehicle overnight. Most of the work was covered under warranty except for the transmission & that was reasonable price.
Be sure to stay true to all the deals you give. Not bad for first time experience like me, felt so blessed. Thanks you guys and keep up the good wok.
