Service Review Paper work was already prepared when I arrived. Vehicle work done as scheduled. Test drive indicated additional work recommended. Approval requested for transmission service. Work done as promised. I was taken on a test drive by the service representative. Nothing could have been done better.

Great service! I had to go to your service department for change oil. After pulling in and walking into the building, Greg was there with a big smile and welcomed me. He asked me questions and was very professional. He checked the car then came back to tell me I can wait in the waiting area where there is food and beverages available. He also told me that there are new models of Nissan to check out. The cafeteria is impressive and clean plus there are nice people who makes your day lovely.
Arrived for my scheduled oil change appointment and was met by Brian Hinkley. Brian then explained to me that because of the number of oil changes, there were certain things that needed to be checked according to the manufacturer, then he gave me a printed list provided by the manufacturer. I decided to have this done. Brian then explained that the procedure including the oil change would take about 1 hour. It ended up taking 55 minutes. Great experience overall. Our salesman, David, did an amazing job. The good: awesome salesman, clean facility, fair price, we felt like valued customers. Overall extremely satisfied with the purchase, salesman, and dealership. I can't think of enough nice things to say!
