I was very pleased with the work I received from United Water. Great communication, timely, and thorough. I appreciate what Damian and Luis helped me the first few days with testing, mapping, placing all the equipment and answering my questions. Chris Kurdi closed out the job with monitoring the equipment daily, floor removal, and equipment removal. Chris was very nice, brought some donuts to share and even took a damaged chair for me. Thanks for all of the help!
Damien was very professional, polite and efficient. He did a very thorough investigation for moisture in my walls and ceiling. Damien is a good communicator and explained what he found and how was going to fix the problem. He was very respectful and careful not to damage anything in my house and cleaned up after himself. I would definitely recommend United Water Restoration and technician Damien Harris.
Royce and the boys over at UWRG did a real good job removing mold that developed as a result of a pipe burst. UWRG came right out did their assessment and went right to work tearing out, cleaning, support chemicals, then the fogging and were very thorough, thoughtful and knowedgable about mediation practices, if we ever have to do this again we got UWRG on our radar!!!
Rain came - Roof leaked - Called Home Ins - Placed Claim - Received a Call, within 15mins, from United Water Restoration Group - Confirmed Joe coming out to access residence - Instant connection, from initial conversation that bled over into one blessed exchange during his assessment. Joe under-promised and over delivered!! The Palmer Family thank you for your assistance in this matter. The leak should be all sealed up, soon.
