They are greedy, dishonest, and not a legit company. They charged me more than they told me in person. They promised me not to charge more than insurance would pay them. They instantly changed the price and send me to the collection company. Please do not make any business with them. They are not even good at what they do.
I had a flooding in my room and bathroom, I contacted United Water restoration group whom I regret using. They tried to charge me for work they did not do. They came and did few little things in my room such as removing the base board, carpet, and left four of their machine plugged in on my electricity for 5 consecutive days running, which aids in remove the moisture. They told me that the total work was $6,555 and the insurance cap at $3000 and if I want them to continue I would have to pay $3,555 out of pocket. I advised t... read more
United Water Restoration Group continuously tried to charge me for work they did not do. They sent inflated claims to my insurance provider and then hounded me for full payment when the claim was rejected and the services were not rendered.I finally paid them about $1000 for 3 days of air scrubber and dehumidifier equipment that they placed in my home (to get them off my back.) Do not use this dishonest company!
