I have applied about 5 times still get turn down I meet all the requirements just a waste of my time

Make it where you can be contacted! I haven't been able to find anything out about my SIM card or if I even got approved!!!

I've had better service with anything there was no instructions it's just an empty blank white envelope with a SIM card it don't tell you what to do and i tried for 30 minutes to try to figure out what to do to activate the service and then y'all send me emails about a free tablet which is just a false website so i'm still sitting here an hour later and not knowing what the f*** to do
