I don’t received QR code since all this day
I did not receive my cellular device . What good is a sim card if I do not have phone to put it in??
Well i got a number and all but no Sim card or phone doesn't tell how im to use the service and the service has already started
Said I needed to verify some info but don't say how to do it
I never received my phone.
Applying was super easy. However from there it nosedived. 1. No clear instructions on what happens next, 2. I get an email telling me use it or lose it. I never received anything, so I am lost 3. Sim card comes in with no instructions or anything. 3. It was never made clear that you do NOT provide an actual phone
Never got back to me wether I was approved or not
I dont think I have an account with you guys
I don't know how to put in the sim card, so I wasn't able to activate the phone
