I CONTACTED YOU 3 DAYS AGO ON THIS MATTER, RECIEVED AN EMAIL SAYING ID BE CONTACTED, I GOT CONTACTED WAS ASKED TO VERIFY ADDRESS, I DID,NOW 4 DAYS LATER,I GET ANOTHER EMAIL...ASKING HOW WAS COSTUMER SERVICE??? IS THAT A TERRIBLE "JOKE????
The service was good but the phone suck

You put me through the approval process. You then approved me. Sent me a page to “claim” your product however that page never had a “continue” button so therefore I couldn’t claim anything. But you keep sending me emails wanting to know if I’m happy with your product. So no I’m not happy please stop contacting me

Well my phone service was disconnected, I was cutoff to soon, standupwireless, and I don't know what to do now, I can't lose service before I get a new one, but I don't have your similar yet.
Got my Sim card today put it in my phone and it says I need a Sim unlock
