i told someone at time of setting up I have not got a phone haven't received a free phone in over 1yr to 1yr half so to send me something to set up makes no sense at all especially when it was brought to the attention of advisor at start so you can cancel whatever it is you are getting kick back for sending packet of wasted time and money thank
