Filling the application went good but now I'm waiting on the status and every time I check the status of my application on my phone through text message there's a error that keep coming up and it goes back to the check status again. Everytime I check the same thing happens..Ive reported the problem to the support team by email..
You have not responded to me within 24 hours like you promise to. I am very very disappointed in your customer service.
Worst customer service in my life. I got zero customer service. 3 separate numbers to call for help. No options for me to choose from regarding my needs. No option for an agent(human) to speak to. Same with emailing customer support.. emails from them asking if they could help me but yet not contacting me as promised. I spent the last 48 hrs. On my phone on a loop stating my problem. Tried to talk to you people but no prevail did I get any answers. And I got a message that I was approved and about an hour later said I had 3 minutes before I lose my free phone. What is going on here I’m very confused.

I don't have any experience with unity wireless. I had Jen mobile at one point and I recently ordered a paid SIM card from mint mobile. I don't know why you're asking me about my experience with unity wireless when I have done.
They NEVER, EVER, did address my, chat questions or concerns. When I called customer service, I was ALWAYS directed to chat which NEVER, addressed my concerns period. Never explained if I was going to get the cell phone they advertised on Utube. I was kept in the blind. Absolutely no communication on there part. SCAMMERS. None existing customer service. PERIOD!!!
It's been 24; hours and I still haven't heard from you to find out when I can get my service.
