I signed up i sent in the verification I formation requested and was told I was approved. Then was continuously asked to finish my application and upload the same information again. Never did I receive a call or get a confirmation that it was completed and received and reviewed!

Too complicated and difficult to understand all the fine print.
Don't advertise a product and then send something else. Your advertisement stated a 5G smartphone. I received a 4G android. Not even sure I received the Sim card in the packaging.......
I asked for a phone and you guys didn't give it to me and I needed to contact my family. Cause my daughter passed away and I have no phone and all you guys send me. Is a SIM card. So I would appreciate it if you guys can send me a phone please.

It’s more than 8 business days and and no email from unity wireless regarding the status of my application.
First off I applied online for service with your company but was told I dod not get approved the next day I received a email stating my service has been activated and so my current phone was disconnected with Safelite now I have no phone at all thanks to this company and I use my phone for work and now I'm without a phone bc u guys transfer my service without my permission.inever signed any papers stating that I give you guys permission to transfer my service nothing like that you just went and transferred my service after y... read more
