Soon after leaving the lot the car broke down! Called the dealer and steve at universal only cares about getting a signature on a contract. Beware. They lie!
WORTHLESS and INCOMPETENT are the kindest words that I can use to describe the staff at Universal Nissan. If their mouth is moving, they are lying. The low grade of character this organization employs is baffling. It must be an inside joke to take the best moment of a persons' day “buying a new car” and crush it with lies, manipulation and denial which generally does not lead to a sale. You walk in happy and run out disappointed.
Worst experience ever. Rude, disrespectful, dismissive. They played a bait and switch, were unwilling to make it right. Never even had the car they sold me, when I goth there they played dumb. Don't EVER buy a car from these people. Lawsuit being filed

I came in to get an oil change in August 2012 and I left some envelopes in my car because I was going to pay some bills when I left. This was the worst experience that I've ever had at a dealership. I was told I was pre-approved and that no money would be required to get the car. But at the time I was dealing with Adrian he asked for $7000.00. He did not look at my work history or my pay stubs. Universal Nissan says your job is your credit this is not true. Sleazy and underhanded. I drove over 3 hours to purchase my car Universal City Nissan. They said they would match a price another dealer quoted. When I went there, they did not have the car. Then they refused to stand by an email from their salesperson specifically agreeing to the price with exactly the items I wanted and including tax and license. I am really disappointed with the service I received from Universal City Nissan. I’ve seen online a 2002 Altima. I send the dealer an email to verify the price and to see if the vehicle is available. Got email from someone named Andy, and then I replied with a cash offer. The next day I got an email from Bobby Hill, who is in charge of the Internet Dept., and asked me to come over.
