The best in the biz, keeps me coming back I liked that David Simone and Melvyn both took the time to explain what my car really needed so I could stay within my budget. They also took the necessary steps to fix my warranty issues before they become problems. That kind of proactive thought is what keeps me coming back to this dealer over and over for my service. A busy dealership that generally gets the job done I liked that the service was completed as requested and the car was returned clean to me. I am also a fan of the One Rewards program which has me save money for services.

Great Service Universal City Nissan I like the fact that my service advisor, Onofre is usually very thorough when it comes to informing me about my vehicle and keeping me aware of what I need serviced. Customer Service at it's finest. Words cannot explain the customer service that I received last Thursday/Friday (July 30/31). The person who helped me to obtain my car was named Mauricio Penate.
