Reimagine Roofing was a disaster for us. The so-called Project Manager initially did the assessment and assured me that he would be onsite every day during the work. But when the crew arrived, he was nowhere in sight. Day after day, I would call to hear that there was "an issue" with work at another site (that certainly should have been a warning) but that he'd be there for sure tomorrow. This happened repeatedly. Aspen was able to have our roof approved for replacement with the insurance company. They did a nice job, but over order products, use leftover products for the next job, don't credit for the returns, and are over charging insurance companies. Someone has to pay the bill while they make more money. Plus, they have a referral program and don't pay the money out. If you can have your roof done by a local business, I highly recommend not having the storm chasing roofers do yours!!
I had Wildwood Roofing handle a roof and gutter install at my business location, and while they did a great job on the actual project, their customer care was severely lacking.I communicated with them upfront, making it clear that we would be open during the installation and was assured they would be mindful of our guests by not throwing roofing and gutter materials near the front entrance. We received a 2-page letter in the mail from this company soon after the tornados came through the area Aug 2024. The top letter was a "Hail Impact Assessment." It listed our personal information and address in the header so was very personalized. The header on the first page noted "Potential Storm Damage." In this section there was font that appeared hand written that said, "Unable to verify storm impact from street view, will require a full inspection to see if damage is similar to neighbor." I am writing this review on behalf of my 82-year-old father, who lives in *******, **. A little over a year ago, he hired Wildwood Roofing & Construction to repair his roof and gutters, which had been damaged by hail. The process was challenging, but ultimately, his roof and gutters, including gutter guards, were installed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!Hired Wildwood Roofing to replace roof and gutters Feb/Mar 24. They ordered and installed the wrong size gutters, and left a hole in my siding causing water to come into my house! They were non responsive for days, weeks went by before they sent someone out who NAILED PLASTIC AND 50 NAILS into my brand new shingles where there wasnt a leak, causing more damage! I had work done, from them. They did good work, there was minor work to be done on my garage. I was texting them and I never got any response. I tried calling, no one answered.
Reimagine roofing seemed to do a good job when they originally put my roof on. However, before 1 year had gone by there was a dent in the front part of my roof which I dictates they didn't put plywood down in that area. After my having called 6-7 times across a 3 month time frame (April-June 2024) someone named ***** told me he was looking at pictures and updates concluding they are able to do nothing. BUYER BEWARE!!! There are plenty of roofers out there. Wildwood started off fine in Nov 2023. They were bought out mid-way through my roof, gutter, and door replacement. Give you an idea, they finally finished all the work by April 24. No communication. Blow you off for weeks. Their internal office doesn't talk to each other.
