Universal is a great company. They were super honest and walked me through the process every step of the way. Highly recommended for roofing, siding and gutters.
The guys that came and did the roof was super. The ones who did the siding ruined my walls on the inside. The guys that did the leader and gutters were just plain rude.
The company was very good about communicating with me, telling me what to expect.. There was a different crew for each job: tearing off, putting on new, & gutters, painting.. The men were respectful. They were not offended by my questions.

On a scale of 1 to 10, they were a 20. Perfect from start to finish.
They did a nice job. They did leave a lot of screws laying around my yard ! I didn’t care for the vent pipe in my front roof. It never had one there before! It’s not very nice looking
It is refreshing to talk to contractors who are totally invested in their work, that are professional, and have wonderful follow-through with what they communicate!
