The only problem I had was after the installers left, and after I had to the nearest Ace to get an additional five more sets of keys, couple of residents try or wasn't able. The lost for me would be spitting $30 for keys to be made sort of upsetting. But hopefully customer service will address the problem.

Overall I had a great experience. Only 'downside' was when I set the appointment - I know that the scheduler is probably trained to ask a lot of questions, but for me it was unnecessary.
