It took forever to get the siding put on. We were told in July that it would be put on in September and We wasn't told anything until I called to find out what was going on. In December we were told that the the siding came in. Than we got put on the schedule but got rescheduled like 6 times until they came on April 18

The quality of the work was great and we are very happy. The time it took to complete the job was a lot longer than we were told and anticipated and that caused some frustration at times.

First two installments were fantastic. Courteous and professional. Third installers were not meeting the level of standard previously provided, but Universal sent out a quality inspection person to justify our feelings of the lack of quality of the third installment.
