Our windows actually arrived before the initial 14 week time period and scheduling the install was very accommodating to our schedule. Our installer Jeff did a fantastic job with both the install and the clean up as well.We are very happy with our new windows and hope to use Universal Windows for other projects.

While I can highly recommend the men who did our windows I was disappointed that I never heard from Universal Windows after the first notification that my windows were in the works in July. The salesman said it would take 10 to 12 weeks till our windows would be installed. Instead it took over 6 months. I do understand that Covid has affected everything it still would have been nice to have heard from U.W. The only time I talked to them was when I called in Oct.
