The windows have really cut the drafts out. The installers were so helpful. The job was done in less time than I expected. I am glad I used this company.
They said the install would take two days but they knocked it out in one. Clean install with a friendly crew. Highly recommend.
I would refer anyone to Universal. From the beginning of scheduling a quote to the salesman, to the installation, all of these things were so easy to do. They were available at a time that was convenient to me. The installation went smoothly and at all times i felt confident that my property was being respected and the guys installing knew what they were doing. They wore shoe protectors and laid down drop cloths inside and out. The guys worked well together and got the job done in a timely manner.
