There seemed to be a disconnect between the sales person and the headquarters. We were told that headquarters would call within a week to schedule someone out to measure. Never heard from anyone so I had to call headquarters to begin the process.

There was a mix up on order and 4 Windows were not correctly ordered and are pending installation. Not sure how long that will take, after the 3+ months it took for the initial order.
