While UWD did not show up the day they specified (prior job delay). The installers (Greg, Mike) that showed up the next day were very knowledgeable and quality oriented. They did an excellent job keeping the work area clean. One window arrived cracked and they are taking care of that and it did not detract from our opinion of the whole installation. The windows look great and work great. Love the awning window in the kitchen.

Overall we’re happy now that the project is completed but during the process it took forever and got delayed a few times by the company

My only dissatisfaction was the fact that when the original measure date was canceled due to an emergency with the measurer I was put at the bottom of the list for my windows to be measured which was a little over a month later than the original date. I feel like I should have been scheduled within a day or two even if it was after hours. It took no more than half an hour to complete the measuring when he did come.
