From my salesman, Brandon, to the schedulers, to the installers, EVERYONE at Universal Windows Direct has been wonderful! Brandon explained the features and warranty very well. I NEVER sign on the first visit. I like to think things over but I was so impressed I did sign the right away. The windows came in before the expected date and instillation was scheduled to my timing. The installers were polite, clean, friendly and did a wonderful job. i t enjoyed my sales rep jamie and he helped me out very much. i understand there can be issues with the current state of home improvement projects. My sales rep was always available with questions and concerns. will recommend only if they get the same sales rep as i did.
