We would definitely recommend UWD. From our wonderful salesman Mike to Jason who measured to the installers who showed up, on time, in the pouring rain! Our windows are beautiful and we couldn’t ask for a better experience!

Our experience from start to finish has been less than stellar. Our original meeting we got a price and had to change it as the sales rep forgot to add on tempered glass. We had to call 6 weeks after the measurements to find out that they had an extra window and instead of calling us to rectify, they just let us wait until we called. Finally got the windows in Sept. One was misordered, the window removed from the original order was not the window it should have been so an incorrect window was placed in the bathroom. There we... read more
