From start to finish this is a great company and great product.
There are a few cosmetic and operational issues that need to be addressed. I find it ridiculous that I have to wait a month for someone to come out and evaluate. I hope these issues can be addressed that day and I do not have to wait even longer. This will definitely influence my recommending this company to anyone I know.
